Hello everyone. I'm Neal. I have been reading the material here for a while now and decided I would like to join in on the hobby of distilling. I am currently on my third run and the questions are growing. I know better than to ask questions before doing my research. Y'all have made that quite clear. I enjoy distilling spirits very much. I wish I had found this hobby earlier in life.
