Cleaning new still for first cook

I have a question maybe someone could help me. I have a new still I just put together for my first cook how should I clean it?

clean as much as you can by hand, then do a water run, a 50/50 water vinegar run and a sac run where you run alcohol through it that you chuck down the drain
