Off color in stripping run

Hey gang. Running my first 100% malted barley mash (5gal). All going well during mash and fermentingt process, now distilling and first 500 ml comes out green as all get out. Running it hot as a stripping run. Is this the "puke" I hear people talking about? Turned her down and clearing some in a new jar. But still not completely clear...I've never used barley as I'm partial to wheat.
