Hello to everyone! Been reading and learning the pass year or so, like a 12 year old killing a snake. Got a Brewhaus PS11 HC in Feb. and been going through some Tried & True ever since. Got my feet wet with some Birdwatchers and Bran and transitioned to Whiskey. Jumbo's wheated is what I'm drinking now and some HBB on oak. Been striping some of Pentsticks Oats, Wheat & Rye, had to steal some hearts from the stripe to drink white. Life is good and it gets better I'm retiring in two mouths.
Big thanks to everyone, this forum is the best.

Same still (8-gallon) and same approach for me.
Can't beat Tried & True.
Have fun here at HD, and Welcome.

Welcome 999delta: I’m a Northern Californian also. Around what parts are you from?

Hi JBC, I'm in the Mountains east of Sacramento. Grew up in the redwoods in Fortuna.

I’m in the redwoods further south near Silicon Valley. Drove threw Fortuna years ago. What a beautiful place to grow up. Gold country ain’t bad eather. Mostly you will get sound advice around here. Most of what I learned was from reading, reading, and then some more reading. And then read some more.999delta wrote:Hi JBC, I'm in the Mountains east of Sacramento.
