I was thinking of all the base barley malts that we have available to us, and I was wondering if anyone has experience with using 100% malt/grain that could describe the flavor profile (or differences) for a few of these malts. I would like to see how they differ.
Pilsner malt
pale 2-row malted barley
Maris Otter malted barley
Golden Promise malted barley
Munich malted barley
(Any other 100% grain source)
