I used Koji many times
Really easy to make a mash, but fermentation is much longer comparing regular mashing
I'd I failed so far to get flavored taste of product.
Always getting medicine taste liquid, which I distilled once more to get clear 180 proof product
Will try pot still only next time, no columns anymore
