Another Dutch noob

Greetings to you all!

New in this craft, and mainly interested in tasteful stuff. Been studying for about a year, and experimenting for half of that. Had limited success with my first plum and grape runs (actually quite juccy at start, borderline bearable after some aging). After finishing some modifications on my still, I plan on trying some rye bread generations to tide me over the fruitless days.

Welcome, would like to hear more about your fruit recipes in the recipe section of the forum.
