Hi Andy. I'm new too, and a recipient of the extraordinary knowledge here.
There's some great concoctions in Tried and True Recipes.
Once you get going, it's easy to build an arsenal of various liquors to share and enjoy.

You may get some feedback on your indoor gas setup.
I won't tell you how to run your operation, but I will give you some unsolicited advice:
There is a rule to never leave a still unattended. That goes double for your setup.
It's recommended you ventilate the area well, and please keep a fire extinguisher within reach.
We want you to keep your family, home, and yourself safe.
Have fun, but don't become a statistic.
I'm just being a friend. Here's some reading on the matter.
