Hello from Part of Europe (for now)

Post by brothermoo »

Hey everyone looking forward to gaining some knowledge from you guys! been brewing for years, it was actually a friend who made me think about distilling (kind of like inception) as they like my beers and wine and figured I could make gin! Well ‘The compleat distiller’ and ‘making gin and vodka’ have been read and now I am here to build a complete picture in my head... not sure if I will build anything but distilling is definitely a subject that interests me!

Hey!

What part of europe are you from, and what's about to change regarding that (since you added "for now")?
Oh and could you maybe remove the automatic "sent from my iPhone..." signature?
"The compleat distiller" is a really good read IMHO, i still have to obtain "making gin and vodka". Are they on a par?
Anyhow, welcome to the forum!
Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler.
I am writing the Tried And True Recipe Book pdf and appreciate critique!
