controlling hearts temperature
As i just made my first run of a corn mash, I have a few questions. first, when i get my temp up to @ 190 degrees, am i supposed to control my temp to maintain the temp for as long as possible, or let it keep rising on its own? On this run, I kept playing with my temp to maintain the 190, but my shine came out cloudy. Is this why?
