+1 on what Fizzix said and the first link is really good.

Don't forget to start with a good base head over to Tried and True and pick yourself a recipe for what you want to make.

The problem with a small still like the airstill is the temptation to increase your wash abv but that just leads to bad product be patient and you will get the rewards. Good luck with your endeavours.
