Please remove if this is somewhere else, but I couldn't for the life of me find it so created one of my own. Inside diameter of M grade 2" copper with inner circles based on outside dimensions of 1/2" copper.
Again, remove if this is a repeat.

And for those that want to get down and dirty... I've got the 1:1 pdf for (8) 3/8" ID 1/2" OD (K,M or L type, they all are .5" OD) pipes. All you should have to do is print it out and line it up right and mark/punch a starter hole. I used this for my shotgun.
