Been here for a while just looking and reading. I have been distilling for a few years now on a stainless pot still from China. It's time too take it to the next level and I'm building a bigger jacketed system now. (Will post a build topic in the boiler section)

I'm about to follow a professional education in distillation after this summer. It's a combined school in Belgium/ Holland. Hope I can get legalized and turn it into a small craft company in a few years!

Travelling to and fro between Belgium and Holland for a course? So I gather you live inbetween, like in Zeeland or Brabant?
