Any Indiana Craft Distillers? I have a question!

We got our artisans distillers permit through our brewers license. We have to report quarterly beer production reports to the state and feds so I assume we have to do the same for our spirits. I can find the three monthly federal reports for the feds but am unable to find the reports that must be submitted for the state. I assume they must be done, because I’m sure the state government wants their cut too. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
