Hi, I’m from Holland and follow HD for a year: very nice site! I’m distilling for 3 years, mostly sugarheads and melasse and some grain. I work with a 12 l. alembic.Now I’m experimenting with dunder pits and esterfication.

Welcome, I have visited your country several times. My first time I bought a cast iron fondue pot with a nice wood rotating base that was very beautiful and had it shipped home. My wife thinks I bought it because of the cute blonde sales person.
