Banana brandy...

[VLAGAVULVIN]

Briefly: 3,160kg of peeled bananas + some water (up to 5l in total) + 2 tbsp. of the Chinese koji starter... All "mashing" incl. peeling and blender massaccre took about 30 minutes (the youngest youngster has actively helped me).

Now the tropical sludge is lurking under the airlock and me,,, I've started to figure out what to do with the upcoming methanol's huge qty. A bit late, haha!..
