Another new guy, howdy from West Virginia
Hi everyone, I recently retired from the Air Force after 30 years and am looking for a hobby. I found this website and want to get started in distilling. I spent a number of years in Italy and am interested in making my own Grappa. I've got a lot of questions but look forward to the journey!

Welcome from another Mountaineer! Good luck with your Grappa goal. Are you growing your own grapes or do you have vineyards near you?
