Hello all, I finally registered. I'm just starting out and my first project is to make a few jar's for my brother's wedding gift. I'm looking forward to learning from you guys.

Welcome. Read, Read, Read. There is many threads for beginners in the "New to distillation" section .
I don't drink alcohol, I drink distilled spirits.
Therefore I'm not a alcoholic, I'm spiritual.

You're a good brother to distill something up for a wedding gift. I think my brother gave me a 20¢ off coupon for my next 7-11 coffee.
The Wiki Page link just below is a good starting point if you're really green at this.
The "Google Search" window up on the right is a pretty powerful and forgiving search tool. (Make sure it's the Google one.)
