Hello all, I've been lurking around the forms for about 6 months or so and decided I should finally register and say hi I got into distilling with the Pico Still which worked okay with a few modifications, I have since upgraded to a 8 gallon milk can style still.
I'm interested in all kinds of spirits, with the help of the tried-and-true recipes I've been able to go from Buccaneer Bob's rum, to Odin's rye bread whiskey, and dabbled in a agave syrup spirit. I'm currently playing with applying the Maillard Reaction to UJSSM and some all grain bourbon mashes.
