You will be happier with the end result if you make those sight glass mounts shorter......the longer they are the less you can see of whats going on in the column. As short as you can get them is best.
I was thinking the same thing. Maybe even just bevel and weld the copper ferrule directly to the column if possible and skip the extra piece of copper pipe. That pipe/ferrule lip is going to pool a little liquid too.
I built this way, in order to more easily cut the bevel of the tube 2 "which is fixed in the column of the column.
efectively shorter would have been better.
I will make a distillation, you will say the result.

now i will prepare 3/4 tubes, dephlagmater 8 "that will have a 6" shotgun in it.
Looks great man! Are you doing the whole build with solder? I just made my dephleg with some crap welds and wish I’d just figured out how to solder mine.

Looking good lambert . I like the extra ring of tube you have on your shot gun tubes .
I guess you have done that so it will hold the end plate in the right position during soldering .
The dephleg is a pain (imo). Finishing my first one and it is definitely not pretty. I'm sure yours will be quite a bit nicer.

allow the tubes to go past 3 cm, this way the liquid can not come out through the air holes

Does the plate tree seal to the edge of the column on the inside to keep each tray full? I don't understand how it would work if it doesn't seal to the edge.

efectively the 2 rivets waterproof stainless, the rivets has stop block for the plates.
place a good distance inside the tube 4 ", ultimate support plate.

You have just come to this forum and from your welcome post you started posting your still build . And now you are advertising it for sale .
I am beginning to wonder if you are here as a means to sell stills .
Most people that build a still are that excited to have finished it and a mad keen to run their first wash through it and go on to discuss it’s operation ......you don’t seem to have done that .
I for one wouldn’t be wanting to buy a still someone has just made for the first time and not shown any indication that it even works .
I really hope I have miss-read the situation . It just seems a little strange to me .
And if you wish to sell stuff we have a special area of the forum for that .

There are three types of people in this world - those who can do maths and those who cannot.
Of course I posted photos of my construction, so that everyone understands the evolution of my flute.
several times I expressed on this forum, the enthusiasm and the pleasure that I resentais to build this flute.
I simply humbly, that I would like to sell this flute to build another, different with fewer connections, and lower cost.
for 2 years already, I was trying to make the best Ron and Whiskey possible with a simple postills.
Only 2 months I decided to make a reflux flute of 5 plates.
After reading and re-reading the 15 pages of:
Dan's Flute x2, 4 "plate on plate 42" column
the flute Emptyglass
and the DetroitDIY flute
So after a few adjustments or leaks to be solved at 95% without any pretantions, I am convinced that 4 "x 36" x 5 plates will work wonderfully.
naturally I'm going to do a wash, which is currently bubbling.
However I ask myself the question:
Who is you?
to give orders.
Relax mate. I enjoyed the progress report on your build. It looks like a thing of beauty. Of course the concept is proven, but you never know that there'll be a pin hole or some minor leak untill the first time you run it. People here wanting to make sure you aren't offloading a faulty still on someone.
I'm personally very interested in seeing if those rivets hold up. Have you used them on your pot stills as well?
I'm looking forward to your next build, I hope you'll want to share that one with us as well.
