Thanks for accepting into forum. Have been reading and using ideas for quite some time. Want to start posting ideas to get more feed back on if I'm crazy or not with some ideas. This hobby is not at all about drinking, but for sure the Artisan or "ART" and science part is what draws me in so much.

I have a BS in chemical engineering, and have ran full commercial stills, fermentation,etc.... So the hobby adds to the for sure.

I've been making working on the hobby ever sense mentoring college students on a senior design class in the Chemical Engineering department for making Biofuel from Potato waste and/or corn.... Used this as an excuse to get permission from the boss in the house to buy very simple set up, and now trying to build on this. Growing up on dairy farm, and maple farm links many aspects together.

Thanks again for all the positive information share, I only hope I can contribute some positive ideas along the way
