Hey there folks!
My name is Osmar, I'm 26yo, from Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais.
I'm a graduated brewmaster and i always was a fan of spirits! In Brazil we have cachaça, wich is a sugar cane juice spirit, and Minas Gerais is were cachaça made, traditionally, so i always find myself in my free time at various distillerys!
Now I'm enjoying the ideia in making brandys! I will soon start posting my experience in this hobby/maybefuturejob hahahahaha
Thank you guys for the patience!

Hi Osmar. Welcome to the forum.
I'm jealous. I'd love to have access to enough juice to give Cachaça a decent try. I grow a bit of cane and have made a couple of small batches, but I don't have a juicer capable of producing enough for a decent sized run![Sad :(](./images/smilies/icon_sad.gif)
Enjoy your journey.
Cheers

I'm working on some brandys now, soon i will start posting more about them!
We have a proper juicer here to that, you could search for "moedor de cana" and you will get the idea NZChris!
