Turkey breast
Besides distilling I am trying to find things to do around the house to honor the national suggestion to stay at home during the Corona Virus. Today I cold smoked a Costco Turkey Breast.

Too cold smoke I use an A-Maze-N in my smoker with pellets. I bought the pellets years ago and divided them into baggies so not sure of the type.
