3” Boka build by newbie

Post by RedRaider94 »

I have been reading all I could over the past couple of weeks and decided on a 3” Boka and decided to dive in. It’s coming along fairly well but please jump in if I am doing anything wrong along the way.

I decided to go with sanitary spools and plan to have 4, 12” sections below the head (easy to clean and easy to store out of the way), a 6” section for the plates, and the a 12” section on top for my coil. For the coil I used 3/8 single coil with a cold finger and it is about 10.5 inches long (hoping it will be adequate).

Here is my progress - all criticism and advice welcome....

Here is the top... pretty sure I need to vent this at the top. Any thoughts on how big and how many holes I need?
