Greetings from Louisiana

I've distilled for a few years after picking up valuable info from this board. Now it's time to join in the conversations. I'm looking forward to it.

Judging from your handle, I assume you are from south of Alexandria.
As opposed to what I used to refer to as South Arkansas.

I used to live there and tell people, "if you can't have fun in Lafayette, you can't have fun."
Welcome & laissez les ...you know the rest!

Greetings from the Pacific northwest, but in October was in NOLA in search of the perfect sezerac, central grocery muffuletta, airboating in the bayou, and seeing the WW2 museum. Great time!
