I'm new to the forum (and distilling) and have a great time learning.
I just picked up a 26lbs jackfruit. Is this something that can be used in a rum recipe? I'd like to make something out of it, but looking for suggestions as to how to use this best.
I'm not picky on the type of product being made from it, more just want to have fun with this new fruit I've never seen or used before.
Open to all suggestions, but I wouldn't be upset if there was a way to turn it into rum
