Bourbon Column
All I'll ever make is bourbon. Right now I'm just using a shorty Ebay copper column (pot). What would be the very best column for making nice bourbon?

Re: Bourbon Column
A pot still isn't a column. It's a pot still.

The one you have!
Do a few stripping runs, a final spirit run, and you’re there.
Shouting and shooting, I can't let them catch me...

Re: Bourbon Column
A pot still is the traditional and appropriate tool for the job. Pot stills are good for retaining the flavor you what, assuming you learn to run it proper and make good cuts. I do know some folks who make bourbon on a column, and that is fine too.
