Hi de hi from the UK

I am a novice home distiller with a pot still. I have done a few washes and it works great everytime. Tastes good to me too.

I want to explore making an essence still for flavouring my alcohol....

Throwing myself on your mercy....

Welcome I currently have two stills for essences, one dedicated for gin and hopefully absinthe in the future and one dedicated for essential oils. Good luck and enjoy the journey as I have built 4 stills and find it a lot of fun.

I hope to be able to produce bitters using the herbs in the garden and spices in the kitchen. I am looking to produce gins and fun experiMental drinks...

What is the best way to build an essence still please? I was hoping to us my camping stove as the heat source.
