I had to stop halfway through my run.

Hi Fellow Distillers.

I started my first real run about 8pm yesterday, using 40% alcohol 30litres in my 50l Pot still, I made the mistake thinking it would only take around 4 hours but by 2.30am i decided to stop. I collected everything i got into 500ml bottles, a couple of 750mls and the last lot went into a 4litre and i have them all lined up in order.

I believe I was still in the Head stages, my temp was just turning to 81celcius, I was really trying to get into the hearts but was falling asleep. I have collected a total of 11.5 litres from my initial 30litres.

My questions are,
1.Have i entered the hearts based on my temps and ABV? The last batch that came out was measuring 85% alcohol.

2. what should i do with the remaining 19litres in my distiller?
I guess i can keep the last couple of bottles that are either hearts or close to hearts and return the rest to start again? Or should I continue and treat it like a new run?
