I should watch the video again as much of what she discusses is pretty esoteric.

But what does stick out is that she strongly believes that ascorbic acid can relegate Covid19 to "a garden variety cold". That is astounding.

They reckon at some point 85% of the global population with catch this thing. Best stock up on vitamin C.

You're very welcome.
Btw, vitamin C (ascorbic acid) really is all the things Linus Pauling said it was.
There have been a few papers written trying to marginalize the benefits of vitamin C. But they lack context.

The problem is that health is very much systemic and (notwithstanding actual poison or the like) one single thing isn't always the culprit just like one single thing isn't always the cure with respect to health and longevity. There is no magic bullet.

Anywho, vitamin C on a daily basis does boost your immune system and really can knock out the sniffles.

I don't watch too much internet/YouTube stuff either. Though I do follow Jay Campbell. He gets a bit out there on his conspiracy theory stuff but is a legit resource when it comes to mens health.

I had to cut down on the ascorbic acid due to the fire below effects.
Guess that's what LWTCS was getting at.
I think that first day when I took well over 10 grams really did a lot, and then the next day I cut down to about 5 and today it will be only 2 or 3.
Also I got my kids who have been feeling poorly (think they have it) to start up on the vitamin C as when they found out how I was doing they decided they should give it a try.

In the "it never hurts to try and get things changed for the better department":
Last week I had several interactions and sent the state of Alaska messages about allowing travelers who have tested positive to come in with a doctors note saying we have had the thing and recovered.
Today they posted an amendment to their policy that says just about word for word what I asked them for.
So that's good news!
Here's the section of their Health Mandate 010 that's added:

C. Prior confirmed positive results:

No molecular-based test for SARS-CoV2 is required for either immediately before travel or upon arrival, if all three (3) of the following conditions are met:
The traveler shows evidence of previously positive results of a molecular-based test for SARS-CoV2 that occurred at least three weeks prior to arrival in Alaska; and
The traveler is currently asymptomatic; and
The traveler can show a medical provider’s note of recovery.

Thanks for asking, I cannot take Ascorbic acid any more for a while.
Think I may have overdone it a bit.
Right now Desitin is my dearest friend.
Also blowing everything out that end of my body is getting kind of tiresome.

Otherwise, a bit better but the congestion remains a big factor.
I am sure my job will want me to come back on duty some time but for the time being I am just updating them every day saying I'm still out.
Apparently there's a CARES act that pays me sick time up to 80 hours, that's used up as of today or tomorrow.
I do have plenty of sick time though so I'm just going to stay our as long as it feels like I need to.

Maybe, though I've been over the actual virus for a bit now and am dealing with the 'after effects'.
In addition to the lung inflammation I now seem to have a sinus infection.
Really hope this ends soon.

We here in NZ apart from our freedom to distill are now also free of the virus. Totally eliminated here with no new cases for 3 weeks and no active cases either. Just quietly sayin’

I'm still fighting the secondary infection.
My doc had me X-ray'd and ordered a new CV19 test just to be sure, haven't got the new results in but he said "no wonder you don't have energy" after looking at the X-ray. Plenty of "stuff" in those lungs. I'm working on that.
I am going to spend the weekend outside as much as possible, attempting to get some Dungeoness Crabs.
That's gotta be good for my health!!

Well I am at the beach, I have had a nice walk up and back and am now in my cozy hotel room overlooking our beach property.
I hope to rise early tomorrow morning and go set my crab pot then get breakfast and do some fishing.
Hopefully by tomorrow night I will have a picture of crabs to share!
The congestion is lifting, I still have it.
I was on a live web stream with Carlos Mencia a couple days ago, he had the virus back in February and still has some lung challenges.
Just gotta try and get a little better every day!

My doctor, HR and everyone guesses I am not still contagious.
However I don't assume I am so I am keeping my distance from people and attempting to not infect as if I was.
I was sure to tell everyone who came near enough that I had it a month ago so they should only proceed at their own risk.
I got another CV19 test last week but the results haven't come back yet.
I fished alone all Saturday, I caught 4 crabs which I cooked and cleaned and plan to eat today, also stopped off at Brady's oysters and got a pint of small shucked - planning a fish fry tonight!

Started getting a sore throat on Saturday morning and felt a bit off so texted the boss at work and said I'm going for a test, Monday morning went to turn on my computer and it booted OK but nothing on the lcd. So instantly thought the video card had died so grabbed a new one. Fitted it all in and gave the computer box a good clean first only to find the problem was still there.

So went and grabbed my multimeter to find the switchmode power supply for the LCD had died. Now being stuck at home for the next 3 days had to do something as no computer when stuck at home would be a nightmare. Went up my shed and found a old 12 volt power supply but the DC connector was different. O'well took both power supplies backup to my shed and swapped over the DC cables. Did a careful check for the polarity and after I soldered the wire it was the wrong way. DOH So changed the polarity around and came back down to the house to find I had fixed the problem and got the computer working.

Found watching youtube has taken on a new dimension with much better video quality and stereo sound.

My missus is getting the lower part of the old case and taking to the computer shop where I bought the LCD in the hope they have a new one as that one I used to fix the issue will be needed for a project in my shed.

Cheers Bryan
