Foam colour when brewing

Foam colour when brewing
So normally the colour of the foam on top of my brew when brewing is a brown colour which I always thought was pretty normal. Until my latest batch. The foam is a nice clean white like a perfect head on a beer. So now I'm thinking what was wrong with all the other ones? I should also mention that this was probably the laziest batch I have ever made. In terms of sterilization.
