Hey all,
I found 4 gal plastic carboys for $5 (Weis Quality Water Spring (4 gallons))
If you are lucky enough to live by a Weis grocery (North Eastern US) they have 4 gal water jugs for $5(US).
They work great as fermenters, Do Not use for High proof stuff.
Just thought might help others out

Good find! We have an Amish Heath food store about 20 minutes drive away, that has 30 gal white plastic barrels for $5, but even for a cheap sugar wash it would take a shi# load of sugar to fill it...but a cheap 4 gal is perfect...Kiwi
