New to distilling, it’s always intrigued me so i bought a 5 gallon pot still. Have ran a few batches and am still learning a lot and hope to learn more here. From central US.

thanks for the welcome...not that close to where the buffalo roam and the deer and the antelope play. Other side of the big river.
