recipe was
10 lbs cracked corn
5 lbs barley
5 lbs sugar
1 pkt turbo 28
had great ferm day 1. 2 bubbles/sec . I aerated the mix night 2. day 3 no ferm at all so I added 1/2 packet yeast to kick start it back up. still no ferm. temp is good at 78*.
Should I just shitcan it and start a new batch?
