Hello from the North

Hi

I am a 42 year old Northerner that got into distilling about 5 years ago.

I started off with the hated plastic solution, and moved onto a pot with a spiral. Now I am finally in the process of trying to learn how to make a Bokabob. I am getting there a little bit at a time, but being completely inexperienced with any metal working I obviously have a long way to go.

My other hobby is learning about wilderness survival including rediscovering old fruits and plants that people has forgotten can be eaten, and turning them into liquors =)

Welcome, sounds like your second hobby will require some research (sounds interesting).

Welcome. I also like to distil fruits, sometimes things get complicated compared to cereals but they can be done!
