Ive ran vinigar water to clean it up and learn a little while doing and sucess . so now going to start a batch of birdwatchers and delve right into this.... H ope to learn a lot from the pro;s

Welcome. What part of Canukistan are you hailing from? Lots of us here from various parts. What are you looking to learn to craft?

I'm curious about the North Stills gear. Mayhaps a post about it when you are dialed in?

Welcome!

Rye whiskey rules!!! If you don't do an all grain version, check out Odin's Rye Bread in Tried & True. I'm on Gen 5, and it's delicious & easy to make.

Hello from Winterpeg ;)

Getting started is much better than planning to get started.
It is far to easy to spend a bunch of time planning the ultimate solutions and never beginning.
