Hello from British Columbia

Was an airline pilot and now thanks to covid I'm looking for a new hobby. I'm brand new to distilling and forums in general, this is my first post on any forum. Been reading homedistillers on and off for a while now, while accumulating parts and am currently starting the build process on my still. The plan is a 15.5 gallon keg pot still with electric heating elements and I'd like to start off making UJSSM and maybe some rum after.

Welcome, living just south of BC I probably saw your plane fly overhead either to Vancouver or Victoria.
