I used a converted recipe for rum from that I scaled down the forum to attempt my first rum
The recipe below is what I used.
12,3 liter of Water = 12,3 liter
1,7 liter of Feed Molasses
2,5 Kg of Cane Sugar
10g of instant yeast heated up with the wash to kill it
60g of whet yeast added after the wash reached 30 degrees C
I must say that I am very happy with the end product
The still is a home made concoction.
