How much dephlegmator/condensor do I actually need?

I have seen some awe inspiring stills but now that I am actually paying for my piece parts
I'm not nearly as as excited about buying more capacity that the system needs.

Assuming that I will do stripping runs full power

How thick how long? simple jacketed or shotgun?

Is there a nice thumb suck way of calculating based on volume/watts and the temp of the cold water running through
the system?

Reflux Still 3"
Packed Condensor height in the neighbourhood 48"
5500kw max ( 1 or 2 elements )
beer keg pot (15.5 gallons )
