Hello from the PNW

Post by Cwiggs »

Hi all. Figured it was time do my part and say hello. Ive been reading and learning from the site for quite sometime now. So much great stuff here.

I have a small 3 gal still that suits my needs (for now). Very much a noob but Ive learned a bit from each run. Lookin forward to more as we get into the wet season here in WA state.

thanks for the great education. Much respect to those who came before and made the site what it is.

Welcome. Don't let the moss grow under your still, and keep your grain dry.

I am also in WA! We should see if we are close to each other, as I always am looking for a fermentation buddy!

PACIFIC NORTH WEST.. The upper left corner of the United States. Historically the "Oregon Territory."
Comprised of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

Those who live in Washington state, often no longer consider Oregon and Idaho part of the PNW.

Why? It's a geographical designation.

OK, I know this is a Welcome thread and the question was asked. It also includes BC (British Columbia, Canada). My first trip to MN to canoe the boundary waters I was surprised they called that the West.

Sorry for the deviation and lets not let this thread get too far off course.
