Hi from New Zealand!

Post by ross »

Hi everyone, ross here, I'm based in Wellington, New Zealand. I'm just getting started, I have a pot still that was built by a local company called Copperhead. Really enjoying the learning curve. I'd done a couple of batches of Teddysad's FFV and am chasing down some corn to give the UJSSM a go. Craft gin particularly is really taking off here in so I'm trying to school up.

Gidday Ross, you can get malted corn and corn grits from HBmalt.co.nz , best website I’ve found these ways for distilling products. There might well be cheaper sources around but they’re a good start.

Oops sorry. Just saw you wanted the corn for UJSSM, not all grain. Search for kibbled maize. Farmlands definitely has it but there might be others closer to Wellington.
