Hello from CT
My name is Steve and I live in CT. Just made my first bourbon mash yesterday, got it into the fermenting bucket and am now waiting until it's ready to be distilled. I'm a total newbie at this, but have done lots of research. So far, so good. Hope to learn much more as part of this group.

Welcome to HD. Hope the research has been here and not youtube lots of misinformation there. Hi from a fellow Ct Nutmeger.
