Hi all
First time distilling I've been brewing all grain beer for a while now (6ish years) and I've decided to get into distillation. I've quickly realised there is quite a bit too it and I'm trying to find the best place for answers to all of my questions and processes.
I am using a Grainfather as the boiler as that is what I use for all grain. Attached to the grainfather is a T500 Copper Condenser. It was relatively cheap to buy as that was all I needed however after going through a lot of posts here, it sounds like it won't be long before I end up with a pot still?
I have lots of questions however introducing myself before I start bombarding you all with them!
Thanks.
M

Hope you have recovered .

Yes that is the protocol . Reason is that often good questions and answers get lost in the 100,000 odd welcome posts . Its a way to keep all the info in relavent areas of the forums .twistylisty wrote: ↑Wed Jan 27, 2021 6:18 pm Assume I should post questions in the correct forums instead of here?

Cheer's Yummyrum.
Yeah Christchurch has definitely changed over time. Hard to believe it's almost been 10 years now.
Thanks for your tips. Created a post in a different forum earlier: https://homedistiller.org/forum/viewtop ... 7#p7651537
