Original I thought about just having the words "Run it!" written in the famous cola style writing. It was my wife who suggested the sports brand. I think either would look cool and again, be instantly recognisable to anybody here.

I've "talked" to some other folks back & forth through emails & pms.

First things first - NOBODY made me "official teeshirt provider".

As far as I know anyone is welcome to put time & effort in to come up with their own ideas.

Second - the easiest way to do this would be to come up with ONE design - take it or leave it - have a deadline for my local screenprinter.
HDers that want it place an order, send me money &their addresses to ship to them when they are ready.

We all know that's NOT going to happen. No need to respond with why, I wouldn't do it!
Coming up with one design is about as likely as offering to build A still and one mash for everyone.
:wtf:

So forget that.
I am still waiting on responses from a couple of 3rd party fullfilment providers that can offer
1 Pocket tees
2 Ability to offer multiple designs so if someONE wants something like @GoodGuyWhisky's design, they can order IT.
3 International shipping -(if you are interested and live outside the US, it would help just to reply with ie "Ireland")

4 Minimum investment of MY time & money to set up the e-commerce platform most require.

So it's still moving along, but at the speed of glaciers.
Meanwhile I played with this. Yes I know it says "whiskey" and that's not everyone's preference. It's ONE design of several.
if & WHEN, it would be available.

maybe two color - back of a pocket tee.

I'll update as soon as I hear something.

I would buy a shirt of just about any design to help out the site. I don't have the computer skills or screen printing ability to contribute much else. I posted my design preference earlier in the thread but as several has said - you can't make everybody happy. Thanks to you guys doing the leg work on this, I'll help by buying one. (In the U.S.)

Again, it's all PERSONAL opinion.
Not sure I would want to get TOO close to that sports logo.
That said, here's an idea...

again, IF I can do what I'm thinking,

it doesn't matter how many designs there are to chose from.
Thank YOU for your work on the design.

Let me just say that all the above proposed designs are very cool. And I'm a noob (less than 1 year on the site/in the hobby), but my take on an HD T-shirt should be more subtle. Playing off the "don't tell, don't sell" mantra, more of a "secret handshake" slash underground logo would be my vote.

That said, I would fully support any final design, and purchase one. But I'd like to be able to wear it abroad without announcing to the world what I do at home, and at the same time have it function as a conversation starter with a stranger who's "in the know" about what private logo is on the shirt.

Have we decided or voted on a design yet? Seems like we should pair it down to 3-5 choices vote and then set up a way to take orders.

A local micro brewerie decided to make a whiskey infused beer. Their initial label design borrowedheavily from JD's logo. And they hadn't actually managed to sell any before receiving a cease-and-desist letter. Apparently JD were rather nice about it and just asked them to stop rather than demanding money, but they are more than a little proactive. They sold me one of the original bottles under the condition that I not post photos of it anywhere as they were still waiting on the new labels.

Sadly the back story was much tastier than the beer which ended up going down the sink! :-(

This printed on a feed sack wouldn’t be too obvious. Sorry, I’m not an artist to render. Maybe that sack beside a grain bin with a few bits and parts subtly placed about.

How about something like this with some previous picture between zymurgy and the definition:

the study or practice of fermentation in brewing, winemaking, or distilling.

You don't need to cut the top off a grain sack to use it as a cape (if it is raining especially).
Hold the bottom of the sack by the ears.
Push one ear into the inside of the other.
Voila.
Used to do that when I worked on a farm as a teenager.

I was playing with this while watching Alabama whoop up on the Kentucky Kats
Roll Tide.

Having some experience in "interpreting" company logos, this "template" has significant differences compared to a commercial logo you may have seen.

Now for some good news/bad news.
Without boring you with the details of DTG (Direct To Garment) Printing, if SCREENPRINTING, the more colors in the design, the higher the price.
With DTG, it's more like you are using a full color copier to make a copy, even if it's a black and white letter.
So regardless of the design, it LOOKS like a POCKET teeshirt with Front & Back imprints will run about $35 + Shipping.
If we were screenprinting 72+ shirts, it would be half of that.

S&H is approximately $5.50 US/ $8.50 Canada, $12.50 International.

But, it is what it is. The upside is we can add more colorful designs if that's of interest.
Again, I would hope to have maybe 6-10 different options.

Here is a more colorful idea of Jonny's idea.

Tdick , whats the ramifications of having the TM symbol on the “Just Run it” tee shirt ?

Do you need to have it legally logged as a Trade Mark to have that on it ?

It looks cool , just curious about it .
