All faints run question

So I'm running a 9 gallon stove top, stainless ebay column. As stated I'm running an all feints run. I saved abunch of hearts and short tails up and water them down to 20% and is about 7 gallons total. My questions are about the cuts. If I'm not running any heads, how would the cuts come out? There wouldn't be any forshots or heads right? Basically hearts and tails? I've read through the forums and didn't find these specific questions and I'd like to know the science behind it. ( update) As of right now it started running at 178°f.
