Beginner from the Midwest
Hi Everyone, I'm here to learn distillation. Tired of the basic flavors of name brands. Would like to perfect a more robust rum with smother kick.

Welcome,
I have only been here a couple of months and have learned a lot. I try to read up on something on here every day.
I have to say, you can find a lot of answers here by searching. Any way ask questions as needed LOL

Welcome. Living in the Midwest you'll have some great access to some grains and white oak. Take advantage of that as you learn how.
