This is a 6 gallon batch of Shady's sugar wash in my Anvil Foundry with a Brewhaus column/condenser. Running at 120v which is 1600watts IIRC.
My knee-jerk reaction is the AF is underpowered on 120v. Output is about 1/2 gallon per hour, consistent with their stated boil off rate. This might work for spirit runs, but seems too slow for stripping.
Product shows promise. There's a bit of that bready yeasty aroma in it. I will say the sample pulled at about 198F was quite smooth. I'm really hoping the reflux spirit run will cut out the aroma.
Edit: pic of low wines does not include full collection, just the 1st jug. You should always run low wines to under 40 ABV or dillute to under 40 ABV for spirit run, for the sake of safely.
