I currently have a 5 gallon used whiskey barrel that I filled this past April, and can’t wait to give it a try this coming April.
But my post/question isn’t about that.
My wife wants a really light rum, and I was told by some of you to try Turbinado/raw sugar.
If I do a straight Turbinado rum, do I still run it through my pot still, or through a column or reflux? I have both.
Again, this for a really light tasting rum for my wife.
