Hello from Ottawa

Post by cerevisiae »

Hello,

Came here as it seems to be the online mecca for anything to do with distilling.

Completing my double major in biochemistry and chemical engineering and plan on working in the industry.

I am here to soak up as much knowledge as possible and maybe one day contribute. I am also here to learn from my mistakes and hopefully I get the opportunity to receive valuable advice.

I have a lot of experience with fermented products.

Greetings!

Howdy! I lived in Ottawa for a while, about 35 years ago. I wonder if the Royal Oak is still there on Bank st? I worked there and had an apartment over on O'Conner at Gilmour.

Now that you have done your hello, start up a thread and tell us what you are doing.

I lived in Ottawa years ago, made a lot of shine there 2009-2014. Then went legit collaborating with North of 7 on St Laurent.

I'm surprised to hear there is a cooper. What's his name?
