Well come May -Aug there will certainly be a lot of that piled up. I'm keen to see what happens

Not yet, we do have a fermented coffee locals call wine coffee, it's made by allowing the beans to ferment a bit before drying. The coffee tastes like it sounds.. Wine coffee. As for making some kind of biofuel or liquor yet, I haven't. Maybe this week I'll ride up to the wife's farm and get a bucket full
